“Vedant Fashions operates India's dominant organized wedding ethnic menswear brand with franchise-driven economics, debt-free balance sheet, and durable cultural positioning — genuine competitive advantages that are rare in Indian apparel. However, three years of near-zero revenue growth, declining PAT, serial promoter share sales since the all-OFS IPO, and a 25x forward P/E on an unproven growth recovery make this a company to admire and monitor, not buy today. The FY26 H2 improvement is encouraging but insufficient to confirm an inflection. Entry becomes compelling at 18–20x forward earnings with two or more quarters of positive SSSG as evidence.”
