At 53x trailing earnings, the stock is priced for a transformation that a decade of evidence suggests will not materialise under PSU constraints. The risk/reward is unfavorable: downside from multiple compression is substantial while upside requires flawless execution on metro and defence orders with simultaneous working capital improvement. Capital is better deployed elsewhere.”
