The path to 3-4x in a decade is plausible but requires near-flawless delivery, a demerger that unlocks pure-play re-rating, and no cycle interruption — a wide distribution of outcomes with meaningful permanent-loss tail risk if any of those conditions fail. Watch for a materially lower entry (closer to 52-week lows), demerger completion, and at least one more large-project delivery before committing capital.
